The print press denounced the volume in turn — Libération retitled it The Horrible Swindle — but that too helped fuel purchases. The book now has the distinction of breaking the French publishing record for first-month sales previously held by Madonna's Sex. Is that sufficient evidence Zonder??? I mean.. you don't think I'd make something like this up, do you... (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)... This is old news, btw... But it does possibly explain the disconnect between the French and American people about Iraq.. Obviously many French are in denial about 9/11 and believe this is just an American conspiracy to rule the world.. Hawk
