It would seem to make sense that venues that get packed on a regular basis would have some sort of law with regard to fire safety. I know there is some but when you're hosting bands that use special effects, massive amounts of power and draw large numbers of people I'm not sure (from what I've heard) that RI didn't have a real good set of guidelines. Thats why the Governor has spent so much time on TV and its also the reason the DA is dying to find a fall guy. There is enough blame to go around here and everyone knows it and is trying to cover their butts. Since I don't think they can pin the whole thing on any one person I can't help but feel the search for a part to blame is both fruitless and disingenuous.
