There is some talk of Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien going to Baghdad to sort out this mess. Imagine the meeting...

SH " I will defeat him with a Canadian secret weapon of mass destruction ... if you will sell me Canada's secret weapon."

JC " I have dat weapon outside. It coss Canada 1 billion to design this weapon and it will save Iraq from Bush and Bush from Iraq. Jus you wait an see. It will make even the UN appy!"

SH "Ok President Chretien, Iraq must have this weapon we will pay 1 billion."

JC "Hokay Dokey I will 'ave my aide bring in the weapon that will disarm Iraq to da complete satisfaction of the President George. Ere is dat weapon."

JC "Dis is not a man dis is Canada's answer to weapon control. For 1 billion dollar I 'ave sold you Allan Rock. Dat is what we 'ave spens and the American no longer consider Canada a treat. A good Liberal solution from Canada on how to deal wit weapons."
