Greg, someone has been selling a little daily since the quarterly came out. Not many shares, in total, has been sold, though. The overall market has been rough on people lately, today being no exception. Nas down 1.9%. Could be a contributing factor.
I'll go with Davis's purchase being an 'informed decision'. Coming from his Penske sub-division and industry management background, he should be qualified to make a $1/4 million investment, and know what he's doing. IMHO.

Greg, that's all she wrote. Some of the insiders lined their pockets with cheap stock, and sold us out. They win, the easy way. This entire deal should be investigated.
