Does anyone know of any companies offering affordable health insurance to individuals? Somebody in this thread mentioned about it way back.

....India/China/Vietnam don't give their students a second chance....

I don't believe they have the leeway or mechanism too. I do know Japan tests at early ages for school placement. And the stress of getting good marks boarders insanity. imo
I'm saying you never know what a person will do with their life. And I believe in second chances and am grateful to live in a time and place that can allows for them. Hoping against hope that in some distant future we here in the U.S don't have to test little Johnny and decide for him if he's going on to higher education or following a plow.
