Agree heartily on trading out of the front month. That is my plan for today. I still have March puts, so I want to sell them on a drop and then buy the Aprils on a bounce.

I tend to go a bit more ITM. But I will balance ITM level with time. i.e. if I go out a couple of months I might go ATM or OTM, but if I am front month (for quicky trades), I always go pretty deep ITM.

Thanks for advice, I tend towards that options approach myself. I am not ready to scalp, though it sounds like it's hard to get bored doing that.
