2 beautuful kids (on a good day when they are nice)

Yesterday I went to pick up my son at daycare, school holiday. He's sitting at a table coloring. I say, in english, "Samuel, it's time to go, you can finish the picture at the house" Kid beside him says in french "Samuel, your father speaks strangely" Samuel says "It's normal, he speaks english"

His friend considers this for a moment, then asks Samuel "do you understand english" Samuel tells him, yes of course.

His friend considers this for a moment, looks at me and asks me "What planet do you come from?"........

Speaking of kids......

My son is 5, time to learn to ride a bike. How do you teach em to do that? No problem with training wheels, he's been doing that for 2 years.

I remember well how I learned to ride a bike. Father just put me on it, held me for about 10 feet then let me go. I crashed and was bleeding. But the next time I got on the bike I was certain I didn't want to crash and bleed again...... So I managed to keep the bike up.

Not sure that's the right method though..........
