Message 18762612 Big U.S. military invasions ARE COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE when you face an enemy who chooses to use asymetrical / guerilla war tactics...We are antagonizing SO MANY folks in the Middle East and in Europe when there was an easier way 'to deal with Saddam.'....The U.S. must avoid looking like a colonial interventionist and big army invasions are dangerous for our troops and very expensive...Bush's Iraqi adventure may actually radicalize a whole new generation of young Arabs that will join Al Qaeda and other groups as they wage a jihad on our interests around the world...Why spend well over a hundred billion of our tax dollars (and too many soldiers lives) when we don't have to...? -s2@thereMUSTbeabetterway.com
