I would love it if they repealed the smokinginarestaurant law. I would immediately open up a non-smoking restaurant.

but they used to push cigarettes as GOOD FOR YOU.

That was before I was born. Cigarettes have had warning labels for decades. In any case the abusiveness of these laws is not what they do to the tobacco companies but rather the fact that they take away the right of the property owners to make these decisions on their private property.
