What a thing to brag about. Who can build more tools of destruction. We could spend one fraction of what we spend and still vanquish a country like Iraq.

You don't read very carefully do you. I said Clinton drastically cut the size of our armed forces not that he cut out a lot of programs. I even went as far as saying some of those cuts made sense.

And why was GTore's military budget larger than GW's?

What does that have to do with Clinton?
