History didn't start with tobacco warning labels, friend. There was a time before.

History didn't start with tobacco or with the knowledge that smoking tobacco was harmful.

There was probably about a 10 or 15 year period from when there was solid scientific evidence of tobacco being harmful to when the warning labels where mandated. If any one has a claim against the tobacco companies for deceptively selling tobacco products it would be the people who started before 1965, particularly the people who smoked from 1950 or 55 until 1965. But even if it just fine for anyone to slam the tobacco companies that doesn't mean that bar and restaurant owners should be slammed.

But also require the property owners to pay the medical costs and lost earnings of the people tobacco kills.

The people who don't want to be around smoke are not being rounded up at gun point and forced to go to some specific club or bar.

Tim
