I was in France last July, before the Iraq news heated up. the papers were just full of looking down their noses at america as simply 'greedy'... in fact, this was a little after the worldcom mess broke and... it was never 'greed' --- it was always 'AMERICAN greed.' Like somehow America has a monopoly on greediness. funny stuff really.
