Your belief in the UN reminds me of those people who used to wander the world after WWII proclaiming themselves "World Citizens." Your trust in the US government strikes me as much the same sort of thing, especially in light of the growing body of evidence suggesting that we have been lied to and manipulated. Hardly the first time such methods have been used by a government that wanted to justify war, if you recall the Tonkin Gulf. Isn't it an item of faith among conservatives that government is never to be trusted?
