Do you think Turkey and Morocco should be in chapter seven land as well? Or China over Tibet, perhaps? I could continue but there's no point. As a principle, that some skirt "the law" is no reason that law should be set aside. IMO

Not so many Chapter 7- mostly because the US doesn't let its "friends" get into Chapter 7 land- Israel should be there, but isn't- because of US influence Incidentally, Israel is still in violation of the UN resolution which created Israel. Among other things, it required Israel to allow the Palestinian refugees to return to their homes.
