<Ever try to communicate with someone who duzn't speak the same language? >

All the foreman I've seen around here speak or are Spanish... or have someone handy to translate.

< But a complex task for a skilled worker, I don't believe it. I always insisted that they speak english before I would hire'em. >

I'm talkin framers, sheetrockers, landscapers, etc... of course lugging stuff around too. Electicians and plumbers are mostly white Americans... and where all the building bottlenecks are! LOL

Not arugin who's workin what... I'm just sayin there are Mexican license plates piling past here every morning at 5:00am and they work freakin hard. Just my observation.

<Who will miss'em is the relatives back home that they send money to. >

Them too. :)

Hello Pezz, Last Night’s Report: It was a story of escape, as in ‘get-away’, or getting out while the getting is still good:

I sold:

(a) These Argentina CRESY and IRS trades Message 18502928 <<January 28th, 2003>> at USD 9.51 and USD 9.40 respectively, claiming 38% and 56% gain respectively;

(b) These Grupo Financiero Galicia @ USD 4.60, Metrogas (MGS)@ USD 3.80, and Transportadora Degas (TGS) @ 3.43 Message 18892762 <<April 28th, 2003>> earning 53%, 16%, and 30% respectively;

(c) These Harmony Message 18897343 <<April 30th, 2003>> that was putted to me by some jumping-the-gun eager holder at USD 13.67, recognizing 9% profit;

(d) These Mirant Message 18895990 <<April 30th, 2003>> at 2.55, admitting to a loss of 26%;

I did not say goodbye to Argentina. I still have CRESY and IRS bought here Message 18054382 <<September 30th, 2002>>, accounting for approximated 10-15% of peak holdings before above noted sales.

I still have MIR bought here Message 18895990 <<Apr 29, 2003>>, accounting for about a third of peak holdings.

Chugs, Jay
