It's called justice Solon. There is a choice to be made between grace and justice. To refuse grace is to choose justice. Why should this concept be so foreign when everyday, courts "FORCE" their decisions on others. They do it based on sometimes arbitrary principals that are unjust. God judges according to justice, truth and righteousness which are based on his unchanging character. You still have the opportunity to choose grace if you want, otherwise you will receive justice.
