S. constitution" Actually if anything it is favored by the constitutionm, which provides that states cannot issue their own money except gold, maybe silver, I don't remember for sure if silve is included. Shame it doesn't apply the same restriction to the Feds.

It is freemarket money, best regulated by its users and a strong governance model. GoldMoney is not a bank and has no liabilities. It cannot failed.
