My argument is that whatever one things of the Judge, the presence of the TC is, in itself, harmless. If the ACLU had not made an issue of it, there would be no vigil, no national soapbox, nothing. So who has caused the trouble, really?

Is he really that scary? If so I can't see how it can be just from having the commandments posted. What is so scary about him?
