Kerry, I'm not sure what you mean by the phrase "the act". Should I interpret that to mean Bux's actual post? The "act" I was referring to was the Communications Act previously mentioned. Did (or did not) Bux's post violate the Terms of Use on I-Hub? As the System Administrator, Matt alleges "yes". Bux counters with "no". And, as far as I know, that's the gist of the dispute.) On iHub, this Bux(Once..something) for a long time was successful using Sheriff Matt's TOU as a shield, but finally Matt got the message, and believe it or not, its contained inside the TOU, the very thing that Bux used as a shield Matt decided to push against until it fell down on top of Bux(Once) and crushed him into the Jailhouse. .
