Was it Nevada? Their Supreme court ruled their Constitution Unconstitutional.

expect prop 13 to be overturned on legal grounds in the next few years anyway.

Anyway, Prop 13 is nothing but a futile gesture. Squeeze a balloon in one place, it just bulges out in another. Can't just squeeze, gotta stab it.

I don't know the details of prop 13, so I'm not in a good position to respond.

But if the dems want to overturn it and the repubs want to keep it, my instinct tells me it should be kept.
