My estimation of your intelligence and/or fairness dropped severely as a result of that. If the policy has been in effect since 1958, it clearly cannot be the result of an action by the current administration. BUT since we're on the subject: JFK. LBJ. Jimmy Carter. Billy Clinton. Do you think no service personnel were in military hospitals during those administrations? What do you think happened regarding their meal allowances? Are you ready to criticize Slick Willie?
