Who took the bigger chance? Clinton with bombing or Bush with his invasion? The answer is easy. Bush took the bigger chance. He bet his Presidency on Iraq. Right now, it looks like a bad bet because public opinion has turned negative on the Iraq war.

Saddam got caught red handed with chemical weapons in 1998 by UN inspectors and Clinton was too busy boinking fat girls in the Oval office to declare the cease fire over. Saddam kicked the inspectors out immediately after he got busted.
