well then you should be extremely happy that gray davis has mandated yet another level of regulation on your business. just please understand... CA doesn't have a monopoly on qualified high tech workers....not only are they available in numbers overseas...they are available in numbers in other states i'm sure nevada, arizona or utah will be more than happy to take your overtaxed, over-regulated businesses off of CA's hands (oh and yes, i'm sure there are a number of californians willing to take their bloated RE profits and relocate to areas more conducive to better education, less crime and less state government regulation)
