I suspect that is where the Kobe rape case is going. Sounds like the local Prosecutor is marginal, and the Defense lawyers are top notch.

No, what we do know is that Clinton wished to rid himself of all the ridiculous publicity all this generated. And we do know this case only got as far as it did was because of the political implications.

As for getting ready for 04, let's hope Michael gives up by then.
