Little Joe- I disagree. The absurdity or validity of the lawsuit will be up to the courts to determine. (Unless both parties agree to binding arbitration and I am quite prepared to do the job much cheaper than 5 or 7 years of legal fees will add up to ) What counts is the original non disclosure agreement and the area and time restraints that it covers.

IF the original documents clearly do not cover the land that IMR has staked or the timeline had run out on the land covered then IMR has one hell of a case.

Without the facts taking a stand in this matter is foolish.

Either way both companies now have a huge millstone holding down their respected stock price.

Bla bla bla

<I'm sorry but the plain fact is that AQI has done nothing that is actionable. They acted prudently and the threatened law suit is absurd.>

Joe. I cannot agree. We do not really know for sure. Do we? As of today, none of the companies has provided enough details to allow us to determine if IMA acquired Navidad using confidential info.

If IMA did not use confidential info, and AQI knew it, but AQI sent that letter anyway for whatever other reasons... ( something I would be very surprised they would do) they could be in trouble with that lawsuit. A very small possibility but still a possibility.
