spending 190 billion on agriculture and farm subsidies seems like a Bush event to me. A simple case of paying off his constituency, what do you think it is? Even Kudlow and Cramer are balking about 190 billion on farm subsidies.

Actually that is a misleading picture. Federal spending per taxpayer went down during the entire Clinton administration, something that didn't happen during Reagan, Bush Sr. nor Bush Jr. years.
