One more question please - In WIN 98 you generated a "Boot Disk" I have noticed that WIN XP does not do that how should I generate a boot disk in XP?

OEM versions of XP do not need activation as computer makers (Compaq, Dell, ... ) mostly sell their harware, OS loaded.
Activation is normally applicable on retail versions only.
