I find it disconcerting that candidates
like Dean himself pander to the notion
that Bush was not rightfully inaugurated
and/or that Gore really "won."

Politics aside, the election was determined
under the rule of law as articulated in
the Constitution.

For anyone other than uninformed, hyperliberal
type guys on the street, who don't know better,
to persist in the claim that Gore was the
"rightful" president, is a slap in the face
to our constitutional process and the rule of
law.

I find the whole thing extremely distasteful.
I therefore would agree with you that
use of such tactics by Lieberman would
diminish him.

Kerry would make a much stronger president than Lieberman.
Lieberman is very smart and decent but he's a fuddy-duddy.

washingtonpost.com

lotsa opinions from this guy.
Definitely not a Kerry fan.

p.s., I see that AS is now quoting
Saudi friends "who work for a Prince"
as authority for his/her opinions.

I wonder if J.F. Kerry has called him/her for
advice lately..:-)

The few times that I've said that I like a lot of
Lieberman's positions on many issues & that he seems like
a decent centrist on many issues, folks who are emphatic
they are "moderates" use the most vicious name calling &
derision toward Lieberman & then my POV.

So what's up with that?

Lieberman is the only real, rational, adult in the dem pack, and the only one that I, an independent thinker, would even consider voting for.

Why does it take me to point out to the dems that Lieberman got more votes than Bush in 2000? Geez...
