Where can I buy it?
That's a good question. None of their sites are up. Even the one listed on their PR firm's site. If they want to launch this Q they better get their stuff together...

Hey, I got this email from the ADLU folks:
Subject: BRIGHTEC DEBUTS ON SUPER BOWL XXXVIII TICKETS
TO: ALL SHAREHOLDERS -- ADVANCED LUMITECH, INC., D/B/A BRIGHTEC (SYMBOL: ADLU)
January 5th, 2004 - Brightec is pleased to announce that the National Football League (NFL) has chosen to print the theme picture on Super Bowl XXXVIII tickets using Brightec paper. The NFL purchased Brightec luminescent paper in order to generate excitement, enhance ticket-holder experience, and defend against counterfeiting. Super Bowl XXXVIII will take place on February 1, 2004, in Houston, Texas. This is the first commercial application of Brightec luminescent photographic paper.

I'm really surprised that they didn't dump shareholder value in between incarnations. That seems to be the MO of most people. Planche et. al. get points in my book for that. I hope this works out for them.
