I would be really surprised if Kerry picks Clark as the vp. First, from his own statements Clark clearly thinks he is superior to Kerry. Second, Clark's history shows that he does not make a good subordinate. Third, you never know what the hell is going to come out of his mouth. Fourth, he is an unproven quantity that cannot be guaranteed to win a single state.

Edwards is young enough that he can serve as vp and still have a shot at the presidency. He is very polished in his speeches and doesn't make many mistakes. He is a more proven quantity.
