Good find Joe. Very interesting. Not that it really changes anything. As I said before, virtually all private placements are done in this way. Issue them at a discount to people who immediately sell. The 6 month holding restrictions are offset by shorting in another account.

We knew when they lost the arbitration that they were out of money. I really don't think anything can save this company now. Not Pennsaid sales, not FDA, not WF10, and not a new CEO. News on any of these would cause a pop followed by a drift back down.
