You don't know where all of them were... And the terorists remain throughtout the world. Some have moved to Iraq. The islamist terrorists were not in Iraq when Bush sent in the US troops. They were in Afghanistan/Pakistan border. Now the terrorists are in Iraq.

This is not an answer to the question. If you have no idea how it should be done why not just say so? Or at least stop your condemnation of how the war is now being fought...and it is being fought. Don't you think it is good that so many islam terrorists are flocking to Iraq as a quick way to get to paradise.? Don't you think that it is better to fight islam on their territory than in ours? Ever wonder just how many islam terrorists have gone to see allah as a result of flocking to Iraq. The bad awful thing though is that even the loss of life of one good civilized American or other coalition partner at the hands of filthy backwards islam terrorists is a terrible price to pay. Did you think they would all stay in the Afghanistan/Pakistan border area and come to think of it how in the world did they get to Iraq? does this mean that islam terrorists can pretty much travel were they want with or without a war against them.? Don't know about you but I would much sooner see islam terrorists in Iraq than over here. So chinu just how would you get islam terrorists in one place where they can be found and killed? What would you do...negotiate with them? What would J kerry do?
