Fair enough... anecdotal evidence does have its merit.

The vast majority of my decisions are based on price and volume activity. I'm not opposed to reversing course if need be.

I view that volume laden selloff in early March as a red flag. Let's see if the Dow, which has shown itself to be the most resilient index thusfar, can power back up thru that congestion at ~10,500.

If this can be done than I shall require myself to revise my bearish stance, and at the very least... go neutral.

I keep hearing the gloom and doom about unemployment. I personally know of many people who were looking for jobs over the last few years. Every single one of them has found a new job and is happy with it. Additionally, I have a number of clients who tell me they are seeing more opportunities out in the workforce. Believe the numbers if you prefer, I like to listen to the the realities that I can touch. Too many faults exist in the government statistics.
