Really?

It seemed a very clear answer to me....it is foolish to require one side engaged in a war they did not start to continue to adhere to the Marquis of Queensbury Rules while the other side is free to kick, bite, gouge and scratch at will.....ergo, "crime against humanity" does NOT fit in the case of Nagasaki and Hiroshima...
