One, even if Iraq had chemical weapons (they probably had some canisters out there), it had no way to deliver it to the US.; their Scuds could go no more than a few miles, if at all.

Two, if your argument is that somebody could have taken it out of Iraq and brought it into the US, that cannot be prevented by invading Iraq anyway.

So what next? Invade Syria?

Whoops. This is all such a non-starter because it requires the reader to be able to put 2 and 2 together. For these leftists the WMD just have to be kinda sittin' around on the beach. These folks just can't really conceive of an Iraqi dictator who would actually hide anything in another country.
