Dan, There is a site.....www.buteyko.com. You might want to check it out. A few years ago I developed really severe asthma. I had always been very athletic but within the course of two years, I would get breathless just crossing the street. Two years ago, I began to do the exercises prescribed my the MD at the site I recommended to you. Since then, my breathing and the condition of my lungs have improved dramatically. While I am still dependent on my inhaler from time to time, the dosages are much reduced.
