Well, Arnold's been trying to "work with" Democrats for a while now, and his reward is a $200 million campaign vilifying him for trying to starve union members, rip apart the education system, and throw the poor huddled masses of government workers into the nearest snow bank. How's this outcome any different than if we had elected some eeeeevil 'neo-con'? Hell, McClintock could have gotten this response, and taken a lot less time to do it.
