<<<In my opinion, operations such as 9/11 have to be planned and executed by a special and highly secret group which is dedicated to the purpose. In fact, from what I have read, it would seem 9/11 must have taken years in planning.>>>

I don't know that "planning" is the correct term, or if there is a correct term. "Years in planning" could start from the first time someone at PNAC said, "What if?". It's pretty obvious from the PNAC roster that we're looking at like minded criminals, banded together to advance a mutually agreed upon agenda. It's equally obvious that there is a relationship between Bush being appointed President, and Bush then appointing everyone from PNAC to positions of power in his administration.

Is Bush a pet poodle, trained to do tricks for the public, thus keeping the spotlight off the dark corners where his Crime Family operates? I suppose that's as good an explanation as any. Were most of the details related to executing 9/11 hammered out before Bush put his finger on the trigger? I'd say that's likely to the point of certainty. Is there any question Bush was in the loop from beginning to end, and received the necessary backing to be appointed President on the condition he pull the trigger? None whatsoever, or he wouldn't have hired the PNAC terrorist organization to make it happen.

There have been questions at times related to my choice of the term "Mastermind" to describe Bush. The masterminding and execution of 9/11 could more accurately be attributed to the work of a think tank made up of members of PNAC, but a murderer doesn't need to know how to manufacture a gun in order to pull the trigger. It might be more appropriate to describe Bush as the hired assassin of 9/11, but the bottom line is if Bush is taken down for pulling the trigger, his brain goes down with him, even if the brain belongs to someone else.

<<< "Whose books?" >>>

I think that's where the Zackheim mastermind theory comes close to the mark, but misses the target. In a way it's curious someone could dig up enough information to identify Zachheim as a PNAC asset, then somehow come to the conclusion he acted independently of PNAC.

The part I can't figure out is why none of the activists aligned to break up the Bush Crime Family have taken the approach of using the Patriot Act to go after PNAC as a terrorist organization. In section 8 of the Patriot Act, advocating acts of terrorism, to accomplish political goals, is the definition of a terrorist organization. The "New Pearl Harbor" statement should make prosecuting PNAC under the Patriot Act a slam dunk. Not to mention all of the 9/11 "intelligence failures" can be traced straight to a Bush appointed member of PNAC. In fact, virtually every single item described by the media in the past 3 years as an "intelligence failure" can be traced to PNAC.

Onboard Loadable Software

Onboard Loadable Software

Many newer airplanes, such as the Boeing 737-600/-700/-800/-900, 747-400, 767, and 777, feature loadable systems whose functionality may be changed or updated using onboard loadable software. Modifying system functionality with new software instead of with modified or new hardware can help operators reduce the total number of hardware line replaceable units (LRU) in inventory, increase hardware commonality, and reduce airplane modification time.
Airplane systems that can be modified with loadable software are standard on several later-model Boeing airplanes (see table 1). This feature allows operators to change the configuration of loadable systems without physically modifying or replacing hardware components. Benefits include the ability to meet new requirements, incorporate design improvements, and correct errors. In addition, software often can be loaded just in the time required to turn an airplane around for the next flight. A major advantage of changing system functionality without changing hardware is the reduced number of line replaceable unit (LRU) spares both operators and Boeing must keep in stock.

I wonder if a preprogrammed flight path can be preloaded and activated remotely in flight. Could such a program also be designed so it can "lock out" any manual overrides?

Searle, interesting info on Zackheim-Deaprtment of Defense as, thanks for posting.
