How come students around the world out score US kids and they spend what 1/10th the money? 1/50th the money. How come kids from Montana out score DC kids, where Montana spends 3k per kid and DC 12K. Money has nothing to do with it.

Check out student performance at inner city catholic schools. They get great results without federal funds.
