Policy debate is needed in a democracy. When you shut down opposing views and threaten jail for it, then you have effectively eliminated democracy and free speech. Polical correctness, and the legislation and court decisions flowing from it, are probably today's biggest threat to free speech and civil liberties. Much worse and more pervasive than the Patriot Act.

That's probably just what you want. I resent that. Would you like explicit instructions on up just which orifice you can shove those words? Would you like to back up your insinuation with links? Nah, you can't be bothered with mere truth. I never said we live in a dictatorship. You're partners in crime have said so many times. We want to make sure that no one can be jailed and held with out charges and without access to legal council. It appears that the USSC has said just that now that the cases have reached it.
