The fact that posts on this thread are getting weird and more weird, and dumb and more dumb, is a sign that something big is going on out there.....not sure what. Also not sure who's going to be the loser's column when history moves on and does whatever it's going to do.

EXTREME......that's what I'm beginning to observe in the posts. And what happens might actually not be very extreme. Will be interesting to watch.

<<And if you really knew anything about the concept of "flipping" at all, you would know that REALTORS are seldom involved in any stage of that process. This is usually carried out by professional real estate investors who wouldn't have any use for paid real estate services. They do quite well on their own.>>

You should read my statement before calling me delusional (who do you think you are to address me like that? Do you have no class?). I said realtors and other speculators are involved in a propaganda campaign to drive house prices up. I stand by that statement. If realtors are not benefiting somehow from speculators driving unwary young people people into this dangerous market then they are stupider than I thought for participating in this new version of the tech wreck. For the sake of simplicity lets call these irresponsible housing hypers 'home wreckers'.

Who cares about Washington DC? Its a hell hole and the only reason anyone would want to live there is it is central to government and maybe they must.

I live in Vancouver BC rated consistently the best city in the world to live in. If you don't believe that then this conversation is over. Prices are now coming down and the rental market is dead....now over 2% vacancy rates and moving up.....high for Vancouver.

Certainly not the case here. Less and less professional "investors" and more and more every day joe "investors". Even Realtors themselves doing the flipping.
