Wayne are you trying to give the impression that anybody who wanted out of the guard just had to quit showing up and they would get an honorable discharge?

What does non-locatee mean. In what cases did the guard use the term non-locatee. What was the normal thing to do when a person was designated as being a non-locatee. If junior was ever designated as being a non-locatee would this show up on his records. Where are the records and why won't junior allow the public to see them?

In reality one would be charged with an AWOL not desertion.

So now you've flip flopped from saying there is no such thing as a person being AWOL to saying they would be charged with being AWOL.
