Hi Brian,

This is where that chip making zone in Mexico - just beow Arizona makes tremendous sense to me.

Low cost labor and lots of it - not coming accross the border.

Very secure and in an undeveloped geographical area.

Lets get us some high tech government sponsored site in the Americas!!
