Good point. What do you do if Europe for instance will not pull their own weight? Remember that the next time they try to slap a tax on us like Kyoto...Europe owes us big time. We don't owe them.

If you didn't know better, you'd think we were getting ready to try to conquer the world! As a citizen, it pisses me off that our government blows so much money on guns. We've got to be one of the safest places on earth, two huge oceans separate us from all but Canada and Mexico. Any invasion would require a historically massive effort that would be detected long before it could be launched. Any nuclear attack would doom the attacker to being glassed over in retaliation. Terrorists can peck, but do no real damage, other than psychological. We're a nation of fearful, manipulated wimps. The military-industrial complex Eisenhower warned of on his way out has taken over.
