I have definitive proof that TLC was never out to con anybody. Please produce it. Any suggestion otherwise is libel. Speaking only for myself: I am not suggesting anything. I am clearly stating that the entirety of my interactions with TLC has left me feeling conned/scammed because I am out $30k with nothing to show for it. Since I have not heard from him since '02, hard for me to feel otherwise.

Bob doesn't need to do anything of the sort. Chicken is welcome here to tell his side of the issue for rebuttal. Is there a problem with hearing both sides for the sake of fairness? "Bob you must shut down this thread."

Only an hour ago? You're late. He knew this was coming a month ago, on 09/29, via PM. I'm happy to post it, by request. I thought it rather fair to provide yet another additional opportunity to somehow work things out. His response was hysterical whilst paradoxically bland. Trust me, this wasn't done off-the-top of my head. He was made aware. Bob and Dave were advised, too. TLC's had just as much time to consider resolution, as I've had time to consider how to proceed. One of us -- and only one of us -- is following through, as it has been for six years. "I have also alerted TLC to this thread. Up until one hour ago he was unaware of its existence."
