I don't mind believing regular G.I.'s but I also don't mind accepting the military's official statement, made on behalf of commanders on the ground, which clearly indicates that they did not search the entire facility.

But, even if the materials were in fact gone, the core issue remains: those explosives were "safe" and under lock and key and monitored until Bush started the war. Over a thousand coalition troops were still alive, before Bush started the war. Many thousands of innocents within Iraq were still alive, before Bush started the war.

<John Kerry who obviously thinks they are complete fools> There was strong opposition to the invasion of Iraq within military circles, and strong opposition to the idea of going in with a "light" force. There are complete fools -- Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld among them -- they should have heeded the advice of people who knew better.
