Internet is profit margin killer. I don't see how they are shielded from competition.

The only way a client could benefit from this third-party "relationship" is if he/she goes into it with knowledge and acceptance of the fact that
an estimated 25-35 percent of the agent's fee will be paid not to the agent, but to the referral firm--and with the knowledge that the same type of real estate service could have been found at no cost at numerous other sites on the internet without this third-party referral baggage.

Any money that an agent must pay out in a referral fee to third parties usually--or at least OFTEN-- results in a net cost and loss to the customer/client.
