Unfortunately, he's on his way out...

Does anyone know of a good analysis of Iran having the bomb vs. Pakistan, or China, or Russia? There is endless hype about Iran and terrorism, but in the historical context of when China and Russia got the bomb, Iran looks pretty harmless. I'm looking for a scholarly analysis, sans partisan spin. Suggestions very much appreciated.
