Russia and China are going to attack Taiwan together? Is that what you meant to imply when you said joint maneuvers on chi territory and then followed with taiwan being chi territory. What do the russians gain. You didnt mean that, did you?
As far as intel being dumb, no doubt you are right although i have quite a different take on what you think is correct analysis. mike

Wrong, they peaked during the Iran/Iraq war at close to $60. During the Gulf War the price did get back up to $25. Look at 1998, got below $15.
