absolutely dead wrong. accusations of 911 without HARD evidence is something nobody should do in a criminal trial. it makes the defendant guilty until proven innocent. that's an accusation you'd expect to see on a yahoo chatboard, not in a AUSA argument. when a representative of our government uses such damning accusations WITHOUT EVIDENCE he has colored the defendant in a way that cannot EVER be repaired. add to that, the story was covered across the world....
